Every quarter, we give our tenants the chance to be rewarded, because we believe great tenants deserve to be recognised.

Since 2016, we’ve been running our Quarterly Tenant Reward Program, where our Property Managers nominate tenants who consistently tick the boxes.

You could go into the draw to win up to $250 in gift vouchers, with a top prize of $100.

What do you need to do? Simple:

• Pay your rent on time
• Keep your home looking great at inspections
• Have an all-round great tenancy
