24-hour sled push organised by iamFIT for Telethon7 Perth

We're thrilled to announce that Xceed Real Estate recently took part in a 24-hour sled push organized by iamFIT to raise funds for Telethon7 Perth. Our amazing team member, Kristie-Lee, showed incredible dedication to this cause, and we couldn't be prouder!

But that's not all – we're excited to share that Xceed Real Estate has made a substantial $2000 donation to support Telethon7 Perth. This reflects our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community that has given us so much.

Xceed Real Estate Joins Community REInvest to Support WA's Homeless

Xceed Real Estate is proud to announce our participation in Community REInvest, a philanthropic program by REIWA. Together, we're dedicated to supporting the people of WA, especially those experiencing homelessness.

Frocktober 2023

We are proud to announce that our incredible PM, Belynda, organised a spectacular morning tea event to raise funds for Ovarian Cancer. Her goal was to reach $500, but she has truly exceeded all expectations by raising a remarkable $743! 🙌

This generous contribution to Ovarian Cancer will make a meaningful impact in the fight against this disease. We commend Belynda for her dedication and the Xceed team for coming together to support this important cause. Together, we can make a difference!

Mother's Day Classic 2023

Let's give a round of applause to the amazing staff at Xceed who banded together to raise $500 for the upcoming Mother's Day Classic. How did they do it, you ask? By indulging in some delicious morning teas held right in the office! That's right, these philanthropic foodies turned their sweet tooth into sweet charity, all for the sake of breast cancer research. The event itself is still to come, but these Xceed-ingly generous individuals are already making a difference.

If you're looking to get involved and make a difference in the fight against breast cancer, there are plenty of ways to do so. You can participate in the Mother's Day Classic fun-run yourself on Mother's Day, or if you can't make it, you can donate to the cause. Every little bit helps, and together we can make a big difference in the fight against breast cancer. So let's lace up our sneakers and get ready to run (or donate) for a great cause!

Perth Spectres Basket-Ball CIRCUS 2023

Step right up, folks! The Perth Spectres are thrilled to announce Xceed as the main ringmaster for their annual gala extravaganza, "Basket-Ball" (get it?). The theme for the night is none other than the circus, so get ready for a wild ride full of campy fun!

With amazing performances, dazzling costumes, and great music, this event will leave you on the edge of your seat. And if you want to join the Spectres, don't be shy – they're always happy to welcome new members under the big top!

Xceed has also been a huge supporter of the club, sponsoring both the annual gala and regular train and play sessions. It's a slam-dunk partnership!

In an era of social progress and striving for quality, it is essential that we equip women in our community with the necessary skills and techniques to succeed. Without such empowerment, the persistent disparity and imbalance will continue to affect even those within the same gender.
 
Our very own Licensee, Daisy Campbell, will be speaking on the panel sharing her background and knowledge of not only a career in property management but investing in properties.
 

McHappy Day 2022

Xceed Real Estate and Joyce Property Investments have teamed up to donate a whopping $600 across 6 McDonald's stores, assisting these individual stores to get to their target before the big day!

If you didn't know RMHC is a charity that focuses on keeping families together whilst their seriously ill child undergoes treatment. Starting in 1981 when the first Ronald McDonald House opened its doors in NSW. Since then, the charity has grown to 18 houses across Australia as well as 18 Family Rooms and 5 Family Retreats. RMHC now supports more than 40,000 families each year.

Let's Help Bali 2022

When COVID first locked the world down, Amanda Rialdi who has lived in Bali for 12 years (Originally from Australia) started a charity called Let’s Help Bali to help the Balinese who were in need of survival due to no income. A lot of those in need were requiring food packages, new mattresses, baby formula/nappies, new homes/home repairs.
 
During the time of discovering Let’s Help Bali, Amanda Rialdi & her team also found a lot of Balinese living in the quieter villages who have been struggling even before COVID but were unfortunately never noticed previously. Although COVID has dissipated unfortunately there are a lot of Balinese still struggling with the long-term effects whether that be due to COVID or due to poverty.
 
Due to the extent of the donations and how quickly the charity grew, Let’s Help Bali is now a licensed charity.

South Perth Rouleurs

South Perth cycle club was established in 2009 to draw together and co-ordinate the social, recreational and competitive activities within the existing South Perth Rouleurs community. Their club is as much about being part of a “cycling family” as being an elite racer, and to this end we hold a number of social events throughout the year to achieve this.

The club offers training rides throughout the week and caters for all skill levels, from novice through to A-grade racer.  Their primary focus is our weekend group rides which regularly attract more than 100 riders across various speed groups, as well as regular training rides during the week.

Perth Spectres Basketball Club

Founded in November 2019, the Perth Spectres are the Western Australian contingent of Spectres Australia. Spectres Australia was founded in 2001, and since then, has been a well-known and much loved part of the Australian and International LGBTIQA+ sporting and basketball community.

Our values are RESPECT, COMMUNITY and FRIENDSHIP, and we pride ourselves on being community first, basketball second. We strive to create an environment where you feel welcome, wholeheartedly accepted and celebrated, all whilst playing a great game of ball.

Xceed helps sponsor the basketball club as well as train & play sessions fornightly! 

UWA Water Polo Club

 

UWA is one of the largest water polo clubs in Australia. With two generations of players, we have over 60 water polo teams competing in competitions from Club run Flippa Ball through to Water Polo Western Australia State League Juniors, Seniors, Masters and Premier League competitions.

Xceed Real Estate is a leading sponsor for the club raising money to assist the club with key strategies in the areas of Junior Development, Facilities and Equipment and Scholarships.

TNT All Stars Cheerleading Perth is a competitive cheerleading program that is thriving after 8 successful seasons. They offer a range of different programs for athletes of all ages and abilities and have a team for everyone. They offer programs for competitive cheerleading, recreational cheerleading, tumbling, specialty classes & Schools.

Xceed Real Estate recently donated to team "Dynamite" which assists them represent Australia in the US in February 2023

2022 Tour de Gracetown

Xceed Real Estate sponsored the 110km distance for the 2022 Tour de Gracetown - a social community ride for charity.

Proceeds from the ride go to local charities including the Ladybird Foundation and the Prostate Cancer Help Association Inc.

North Beach Soccer Club

North Beach Soccer Club is ran by volunteers and has a friendly, fun atomosphere. Midweek training nights are bustling with juniors, senior teams and girls and women's teams all working together in preparation for weekend competitions. Xceed has been sponsoring the club since 2022 assisting them in improving their club facilities.

Zac Leach & Anglicare Street Connect 

We are proud to be supporting Zac Leach who took part in the 2021 Central Park Plunge by launching himself off the 55th floor of the Rio Tinto building.

Zac is committed to making a difference in support of Anglicare WA's youth homelessness service Street Connect.

Bullsbrook Football Club

Bullsbrook Football Club is a family and socially oriented club which is aligned to the Hills Football Association. Xceed has been sponsoring the club since 2022 assisting them in improving their club facilities.

Ocean Heroes

Helping children on the autistic spectrum build confidence through surfing.

The Xceed Real Estate sponsored event on the 12th December 2021 was an absolute hit with 150+ kids attending!

Perfect surfing conditions and a visit from Santa himself meant a fun morning for everyone involved.

Our contribution also allowed for the purchase of a new surf board for the kids to learn on (these are custom made to fulfil their needs), and also a heap of Rashie’s for the Volunteers to wear at events to stay warm but look cool.

We're so proud to have been able to help get these brave kids out in the surf for a memorable experience with the awesome team at Ocean Heroes!

Ronald McDonald House

In 2017 Xceed Real Estate hosted a dinner at the Ronald McDonald Charity House where regional families come to stay with their sick children.

The charity house provide a home away from home to families who are in need of constant care from medical professionals.

Providing these families with a home cooked meal during the Christmas period was a gratifying and educational experience for the XceedRE team.
