Access your Owner Portal to easily view your property details!

What You’ll Find in the Kolmeo Owner Portal:

• Properties Dashboard: Get an overview of all your properties, including current tenancy details and your property manager’s contact information.
• Payments: View detailed records of payments disbursed to you.
• Statements: Access and download your monthly and EOFY property statements.
• Easy Convenience: Access the portal from any device, without needing to download an app. 

How to Get Started:

Step 1: Register Your Account

1. Visit my.kolmeo.com.
2. Click on "Access Now" to reach the login page.
3. At the bottom select “Register an account” and enter your login email address
4. Click "Send Verification Code" and check your inbox for the code.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

1. Enter the verification code you received and click "Verify Code".
2. You’ll then be prompted to create a password.
   • Password requirements: 8-16 characters, including at least 3 of the following: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, digits, and special symbols (@, #, $, etc.).

Step 3: Logging Into Your Account

1. Visit my.kolmeo.com and click "Access Now."
2. Use your registered email as above and the password you created to log in.
