Your willingness to attend the property at short notice for all the different inspections and checks helped the whole process flow easily and without incident.  We feel you went above and beyond your reasonable responsibilities by organising an electrician at short notice for us. Further still by attending the property for property additional work to be performed even after settlement was complete.
