Ray Ellis

Ray Ellis is the CEO of Xceed Real Estate.

He is a Chartered Accountant having spent 5 years with BIG4 Accounting practice PricewaterhouseCoopers before following his passion into property and obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Property.

In addition to his role at Xceed Real Estate, Ray oversees his family property development companies where he is responsible for the entire development process from pre-purchase through to completion.

Ray is meticulous in his roles, aiming to achieve efficiencies in everyday tasks for both himself and his staff.

Analytical, with strong systems skills, Ray specialises in structuring, standardising and streamlining financial reporting, property feasibilities & processes to provide more accurate systems to facilitate better business decisions. He combines effective communication skills with detailed knowledge to identify opportunities to stakeholders to deliver a suitable outcome for both clients and company.

Before becoming Owner & Director of Xceed Real Estate, Ray owned multiple investment properties and had dealings with multiple property managers - good and bad. Through his experience as a property developer and property owner, Ray has had the opportunity of having dealt with many different property management departments throughout Perth and interstate. This has allowed him to have a full appreciation of how important it is to have a reliable AND exceptional property manager, and this is what he in-stills in our property management team.

He employs the motto for our staff "Work as if you own it" for both our company and for the properties we manage.
