I cannot rate the team at xceedre high enough especially Daisy and Iris who have been tremendous support in the past few months. I used to property manage my investment property but due to an intertstate move, I looked at taking on board a property manager. In the meantime, I had the tenants from hell and we had to evict through a court order - rent had stopped and the house was not in a good state. A few local property managers that I spoke with at the time wouldn't take it on unless the current tenants were out. Daisy and the team were willing to take it on in spite of the current issues that were at hand. What I learned in this process is that in times of need as a landlord, this is the test of how good your property manager really is and is behind you. The team provided me with tremendous support, continuous communication and a very professional approach at all times. I would highly recommend the xceedre team to any landlord where you are looking for a good quality property manager.

I am a tenant finished up my lease last month with Xceed . Service is i think mostly depend on individual deal with rather than the real estate company . I dealt with Agent Iris Kathuria, she is very professional and responsible. Maintenance work arranged on time and very reasonable as well she return my calls if missed and she access the emails even after hours . Very dedicated lady and love to deal with her .
